Forca is a new Portuguese Street Rock 'N' Roll Band with Pedro Bica (Asas da Vingança/Kontrattack) on Vocals and Pedro Pasqualette (Doc 21 /Arroto/Honor Ferox, Razor Kids) on Guitar, as at the time of this recording we were a 2 piece band but have since added new band members. For this tape Pedro Pasqualette recorded the Guitar and the Bass, Pedro Bica Vocals, and Rafael Madeira (Pointing Finger, Kontrattack, Burst, Pressure, DisXease) recorded the drums with the almighty Ramon (Psycho Tramps, Razor Kids) at Razor Ramon homestudios, who also produced all the tracks. This split is a tribute to Rafael Madeira and his legacy as a drummer in the Hardcore / Punk scene and his struggle in recent years against Cancer. PMA droog!!! We wanna thank Nick (Evil Streets Skinzine, Skins for Skins Records and Brutal Savage for this opportunity to release us on his Skinhead Core label, The Sentinels( the band where STEVE CLARK from 86 MENTALITY and SEMPEAR EADEM played drums a few years ago) for this split, Andy Fletcher(Burden/Born Pissed distro and Art) for the killer cover artwork, we wanna send many thanks to Pierre from Vontade & Luta fanzine for the lyrics for Transvessais, which was written originally for a song by Honor Ferox, an Oi! band that he had with Pedro Pasqualette a few years ago in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Paulao (Atlantes, Albert Fish, Cruzada) for the Nova Praga intro, Sara Birdtrouble (Designer, Tattoo artist and body piercer at Sublimvilla Studio-Aveiro/Portugal) for their time and help with Forca design last but not least Alicia (Skins 4 Skins zine) for drawing the first Forca logo. Our sound has many influences from the Traditional to the Real Oi! Bands from England and France, UK82 Some Chiswick Records sound and American HardCore/Punk and Oi! and some Samurai Spirit Skinheads bands from Japan. Our lyrics are in our native language and talk about Medieval Battles, the Skinhead way of life with no Political stance or agendas. Keep the Faith
